Angel Architcture is guiding the complete repair and renovation of Bellair, a fine Grade II-listed Regency house near Charmouth.
Bellair was divided into numerous flats in the 1950s. In recent years it had sunk into a poor state of repair and was in dire need of a full programme of renovation.
Angel Architecture director Kim Sankey is working with the new owner to return the house to its proper glory. When finished in spring 2019, the project will provide three flats and a cottage. Building work began in June 2018.
