Weekly Blog – 7

This week is about putting the love back into the job, recognising that we should show appreciation for those who work for us and provide us with our raison d’etre. The brilliant mantra of the EVOLVE team is to thank everyone at least once a week for something they have done well and to have patience with poor performers.  I could not run the business without the support and advice of so many others so this is an opportunity to say a big THANK YOU.
