Two approvals have made this Christmas a very happy one indeed, it has taken one year to the day that they purchased the property. Not bad in my experience. The work will start on site in the New Year as the Contractor has been waiting patiently. The idea is that we work on the home office and internal improvement first and build the extension in the better weather. Weekly Blog – 50

This week is the real count down to Christmas with ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’ playing in cinemas and mulled wine being served everywhere after dusk. Real fires and the smell of pine cones, homemade mince pies and carols.  We are committed to completing all our 2021 workload before the official industry closure on Christmas Eve. Clients are already booking their appointments between Christmas and New Year!   Our offices are closed from 23 December to 10 January 2022.

Weekly Blog – 43

Another successful outcome, approval for the change of use of a carport to a home office, the internal alterations to a Grade II listed building in Dunkeswell Conservation Area, to create a larger bathroom where previously only a shower room existed and the lowering of a window on the first-floor landing.
