23 Bridge Street

A statement of Heritage Significance was produced to accompany an application for planning permission and listed building consent for Western Design Architects. The application involved a change of use from B1 office to C3 single dwelling house with internal alterations, removal of first floor conservatory/sun room and timber framed second floor balcony, and construction of a first floor balcony on the waterfront.  The application was approved with conditions by Christchurch & East Dorset District Council in June 2018.
