This application for planning and listed building consent to East Devon District Council was a collaboration effort between ourselves and Office for Rural Architecture in Carmarthen. We joined forces when the first application was refused and the work was divided with the original architects providing the high quality design and AAL contributing advice on the justification for the alterations and extension and their compliance with policy at local and national level.
