Grade II* House in Frome, Somerset.
Last month we submitted two planning applications for unlisted buildings, one in a conservation area in North Chideock, Dorset and another bordering the historic deer park of East Coker in South Somerset. These together with an appeal for a new garden room to a Grade II listed residential care home in Sherborne comprised a good start to the New Year.

We are appointed architects for a Grade II* house in Frome Conservation Area and with a traditional building contractor we are on track to start repairs in the spring simultaneous with an application for listed building consent for modest alterations.
