Very disappointed to have to cancel our office Christmas lunch two years running but we are mindful of the wellbeing of staff and associates. Sladers Yard has agreed to host the belated Christmas lunch in the New Year although I doubt Philip Sutton RA will still be on show. This week we are preparing to submit another 4 schemes for planning and listed building consent before Christmas, all in Dorset, in Corscombe, Sydling St Nicholas, Broadwindsor and Wynford Eagle. One is unlisted in a Conservation Area and three are Grade II listed buildings.

It is refreshing to be both the recipient of two good planning outcomes, to receive a glowing testimonial and new instruction all in one week. The site meeting with planners and discussions with conservation officers paid off! We have been appointed as architects for the project management of a project that starts on-site in the New Year.
