Two approvals have made this Christmas a very happy one indeed, it has taken one year to the day that they purchased the property. Not bad in my experience. The work will start on site in the New Year as the Contractor has been waiting patiently. The idea is that we work on the home office and internal improvement first and build the extension in the better weather.
