Yesterday was spent in the offices of Somerset Council in Yeovil attending a hearing into the refusal of 46 houses on prime agricultural land in a sensitive landscape.
It is a sad day when I have to admit defeat and accept that it is now no longer possible to act as architect and agent to submit planning applications to Dorset Council.
At the Dorset Council planning agents forum this week we were made aware that planning is evolving rapidly.
