The most rewarding part of my job is being on site collaborating with lots of different disciplines. I was reminded of this when I bumped into a former site agent from another listed building we worked on together 8 years ago. Up on a scaffold looking closely at buildings is a privilege and a bonus since I get to discover lots of details that are usually hidden from view like this dovetail joint in a wall plate pointed out by an observant carpenter.
