The Power of Public Opinion

The aspirations for Parnham Park’s new housing proposals are on shaky ground. With only two days to go before the deadline for objections to the enabling development application, the Dorset Natural Heritage Initiative have exceeded their own expectations by achieving over 1000 objections through incredible community efforts seeking to educate and incentivise local people to make their voice heard. As noted by the DNHI, 1000 is an incredible number especially for such a small area.
