We’re pleased that the Grade II listed Georgian house and cottage near Charmouth are finished. The house, divided into three flats, and the separate cottage are now on the market.
The planning application for a Grade II farmhouse and outbuildings in Ryall have been submitted. The aim here is to create extra accommodation by converting old buildings and also make some improvements to the main house.
And we have a new project in Charmouth – a modern bunglaow built in the 1970s with panoramic sea views but needing remodelling and updating. Plus we’re doing another Statement of Heritage Significance for property in East Devon.
In June planning approval came through for a commercial property in Cheap Street in Sherborne. This month we are anticipating approvals on addresses in Lyme Regis and Wootton Fitzpaine.
