This is what I call my management style. I take on work and am always surprised that it gets done in a timely fashion. Most people use an excel spreadsheet to programme their time in advance. I tend to rely more on gut instinct than finely calculated outcomes. If I were to adopt a different model would it detract from the time I spend actually doing the creative work? Definitely.
