Just when you think everything is going downhill and nothing positive ever happens it is important to look outside the office environment and remember that despite the 99% of admin, form filling and box ticking there are some massive big wins.
Not least all those permissions granted this month, all those satisfied clients and all the listed buildings that are about to be repaired, conserved, extended and ultimately in receipt of added value.
