Why do we do it? For reasons of integrity and for the common good because we cherish the places in which we live and work and don’t want to see speculative development which undermines their special interest.
I feel privileged to have been invited to join an action group which is objecting to the enabling development at Parnham House, Grade I listed house in Beaminster but also a Registered Park & Garden, abutting the Conservation Area in the Brit valley character area of Dorset National Landscape. The group comprises many highly qualified individuals drawn from a wide area of Beaminster, Netherbury and beyond.
