Not bad since there are 3 more in the pipeline with Dorset Council and one in East Devon pending a decision. This includes Jasmine Cottage in Somerset, 10-12 Westham Road – Weymouth, Hollands House – Tincleton, Knapp Cottage – Corscombe, The Old George – Broadwindsor, Perwen Farm – Uploders x 2, 100 South Street – Bridport, 752 The Square – Cattistock and 17 Downes Street – Bridport.
I believe that’s approximately 1.5 every month so at this rate I should achieve 20 this year in total. No pressure.
