Having a conversation with my colleagues, friends and family I feel that I have got to the stage where everything is more difficult than ever before. The planning system is not in the business of making it easy for applicants and their agents.
It shouldn’t be necessary to be creative (substitute devious) in order to get work done but that is the only way I know how.
