New Year’s Resolution coming up. I like this because it has proved me right so many times.

I got so manic at the end of 2025 that I was working 12 hour days and now I am paying for it in the holidays not having properly paid attention to all the maintenance and self care that kept nagging away which I have conveniently ignored.

NYR No 1 Make new habits.
NYR No 2 Work less, but more productive hours.
NYR No 3 Be more mindful of others and their reactions.
