Today saw the worst possible weather conditions although work was progressing well inside the house under it’s temporary roof and wrapped to protect works to windows, brickwork, roof coverings and rainwater goods.
Today the Building Control Officer finally certified the completion of the new dwelling after it was practically complete in February and has been occupied for months.
This week has been full of variety, one pre-app submitted, more surveying, two new enquiries, two site visits and meetings to check progress.
